Anti-turbulent additives are designed to reduce pulsation in the flow of hydrocarbons and main water pipelines, thereby increasing the volumetric rate of transportation through pipelines by up to 30%. As a result, capital costs for the construction of new pumping facilities and pipelines are reduced.

The company offers its own developments both for the aqueous phase - ChemSol DRW, and for oil and oil products - ChemSol DRO.

Reagents to combat ASPO are designed to prevent deposition of high molecular weight paraffins on the walls of oilfield equipment and transportation systems. The reagents have a pronounced dispersing and detergent effect on high molecular weight paraffins and asphaltenic compounds.

They are activated surfactants in combination with modified polymers in an alcohol-water solution. There are two types of reagents - ARPO solvents and ARPO inhibitors.

Depressor additives are designed to reduce (depression) the pour point of oil and oil products. They effectively disperse high-molecular paraffins, sharply reduce the viscosity of oil in wide temperature ranges.

Depressants Chem DR 2055 are specially modified polymers in alcohol or toluene solution. There is a complete base of tests on all oils of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We also offer additives for middle distillates and fuel oils. Available in two grades: SK-22 (for resinous and asphaltic oils, fuel oils and CHO) and SK-23 (for light oil and diesel fuel)

Inhibitors Wincorr Oil and Wincorr Water are designed to protect equipment from electro-chemical corrosion and are active heterocyclic compounds in a specially selected complex solvent with the inclusion of bactericidal additives. Corrosion inhibitors form a strong film on the surface, preventing the penetration of corrosive components from an aggressive environment - salts, carbon dioxide, sulfur compounds (hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans)

STC TOS, commissioned by Chemical Solutions LLP, has developed new active ingredients for corrosion inhibitors. The science of corrosion protection does not stand still; for the first time in the CIS, we have created a technology for the continuous production of active components in flow-type reactors. New types of active ingredients are used not only in the field of corrosion protection, but also as emulsifiers, demulsifiers, anti-turbulent additives, detergents, in cosmetology and much more.
